Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are only accepted at our physical store at Prime Roses Mall, Lubowa (Shop no.14). We do not collect returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds and exchanges
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will confirm whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
You may also exchange the item for another available item. If the value of the replacement item is higher than the original item, you will need to pay the difference. If the value of an exchange is lower than the original item, a refund will be processed for the difference.
